Everyone of my reversible skirts features an elastic waist band, these fit adjust to your size by simply tying them and retying them. And they reverse -hence the name reversible- so you can where the lace on the outside with the solid material under it, or flip it around the other way. You can wear this so many different ways that you could probably make it most of the way through festival with one skirt, not that many of us would because we have options right? Perfect for cosplay, festivals, conventions, and peasant, fairy or wench costuming.
