I’m Jessa and you, my dearest customer, get FREE SHIPPING and FREE RETURNS of anything you buy on my site to any address in the United States.
With the exception of the items in the Bazaar area of our shop, if you get it and it doesn’t fit or isn’t what you thought you would be getting, we include FREE RETURN shipping labels with all clothing automatically. If your package doesn’t have one for some reason reach out via email to me at Jessa@ohjessa.com or via our website messenger feature and we’ll take care of it. We’ll credit your account within two business days if you’d like a refund. We’ll ship a new product back to you as soon as we would any order, usually within 2 business days. If it is from the Bazaar I’ll work with you and make it right.
Products have to be in new condition and the return has to be initiated within 30 days. We always ship USPS Priority Mail. If you need something else it’s not free.
With the exception of the items in the Bazaar area of our shop, things on my website are on hand and in stock or it’s something I make myself, so most orders ship within a day or so unless I’m vending at an event. Often I’m on the road with stock so I may have to your order where I’m at. If something does come up I’ll get in touch and work out what you’d like to do so of course we always reserve the right to cancel an order we can’t fulfill with sincere apologies.
If you order something, you’ll be consenting to receive emails regarding your order as well as requests/reminders to review the products you ordered and your experience so we can continue to improve things for you!
