This skirt has a black satiny underlayer with red and black tulle or purple and black tulle overlayer that creates a beautiful ballgown effect.  Tulle can give you that romantic, filmy effect that makes it look like you are floating across the floor as the princess or queen you always knew you were.

These skirts can be worn as floor-length skirts or hiked up to create a fancy, sexy, or roguish look.  From burlesque to the belle of the ball… this skirt can take you as far as your imagination dares to go.

I like to try to fit a wide range of sizes with as many of my products as possible, so this garment has an elastic waistband and I carry them in sizes s-4x.
