The hi-low/ boot skirts can be layered over another skirt or leggings and work nicely for a steampunk style outfit. These, like my other handmade items, contain an elastic tie at the waist to allow it to fit lots of sizes and adjust as you do.
Women building outfits with my handmade pieces are often inspired by shows like Amazon’s “Carnival Row” or “Penny Dreadful” on Netflix -or even going back further “The Wild Wild West”. These are super popular when I’m vending at Galaxycon, Dragoncon, Gencon, or Frolicon.
